I advise clients on the intricacies of federal bankruptcy law to help them achieve their ultimate debt restructuring or relief goals. I meet with clients to thoroughly review their debts, assets, liabilities, income, and expenses and counsel them about filing either a Chapter 7, Chapter 11, or Chapter 13 case, discussing the pros and cons of each procedures, and answering questions.
I practice and continue to study bankruptcy law because in today’s troubling economic times, with home foreclosures on the rise and job stability on the decline, I want to be able to help my clients legally and ethically keep as many of their assets as possible should they find themselves on the wrong side of the economic curve.
My experience and broker’s license allow me to offer advice in the areas of residential and commercial sales, leasing, financing, title issues, and tenancy-in-common issues. I can also help with the negotiation, preparation, and review of contracts and other legal documents
